HeartSong

HeartSong is comprised of Karl and Darcy Blankenhorn. Their love for each other and of Southern Gospel Music and worship has joined them together to form a much requested duet. Darcy has been singing as long as she can remember and fondly claims God’s music “has always been my hearts-song” (hence the name) .Darcy sings lead or the high part as each song requires and has been said, by her peers, she has one of the most unique Southern gospel voices in the business.Her husband, Karl, although on the road (a lot of the time, driving a semi-truck) has managed to sharpen his quartet bass voice into a range that beautifully compliments the duet. His voice matched only by his endless pranks and  comedic presence, rounds out the duet known as HeartSong.Their repertoire of songs includes a wide range of new and old Southern Gospel artists as well as some penned by Darcy. They have been requested to sing at churches, parties, fairs and benefits for several radio stations as well as gatherings (one which is hosted by their previous quartet (now retired), Two by Two- the first Saturday after Labor day, annually) .They do not charge for their ministry and say of it “Our ministry is twofold-one to edify our brothers and sisters, in Christ, the other is certainly to win lost souls to Him”.The duet unanimously feels if your looking for show -don't call them but if your looking for a real ministry sung from the heart then HeartSong is the group to call.Let them Worship with you at your next event! 740-427-5382  [email protected]
